Our state-of-the-art factory which employs the latest cracking and laser sorting equipment is dedicated to reflect our company's ability to deliver a healthy natural product to meet all our customers specifications.

All of our walnuts are inspected and graded by the California DFA. Our plant has been inspected and approved by the US Food and Drug Administration. We operate under an approved HACCP Program and have taken food safety seriously from day one.
